Welcome to IFIC Immobilier. I'm Sébastien Bourbon, director of this agency.

With a legal background specializing in urban planning and construction law, and having worked in the real estate sector for over 30 years, I manage a diversified real estate group in the following fields: real estate transactions, appraisals and audits, land development and real estate promotion.

I am also a legal expert at the Lyon Court of Appeal, a member of the Company Lawyers Association and a member of the Syndicat National Professionnel de l'Immobilier. In these capacities, I act as advisor to banking institutions and national property developers.

Thanks to my multi-disciplinary expertise, I can guide you through the legal, tax, town-planning, technical and commercial aspects, guaranteeing you a successful real estate experience.
