Launch of MaPrimeAdapt'
Officially in force since January 1, 2024, MaPrimeAdapt' finances, under certain conditions, the adaptation work necessary to keep elderly or disabled people at home.

It covers 50 to 70% of the expenses up to a ceiling of 22000 euros.
Reform of MaPrimeRĂ©nov
This system is now based on 2 paths:

- Performance: for large-scale energy renovations
- Efficiency: for a small package of jobs.

From 1 July 2024, owners of thermal strainers (class F or G) will be required to use the performance pathway.
Extension and refocusing of the PTZ
The PTZ is extended until 2027.

The amounts that can be financed, the income ceilings and the number of eligible municipalities have been increased. As of this year, it is no longer possible to benefit from a PTZ for single-family homes and new apartments in relaxed areas.
Extension of
the Eco-PTZ
The eco-PTZ has been extended until 2027. It is awarded on a means-tested basis to carry out work on an occupied or rented main residence.

The Eco-PTZ condominium has been extended until 2028. The subscription to the latter will now be made by an absolute majority of the co-owners and no longer by unanimity.
Implementation of the collective DPE
In 2024, single-ownership buildings and condominiums with more than 200 lots will have to carry out a DPE.

This DPE will be mandatory by:
  • 2025 for condominiums with 50 to 200 lots
  • 2026 for condominiums with fewer than 50 lots
Last year of the Pinel tax reduction
The Pinel scheme will end on 31 December 2024. The tax reduction rates are currently 9, 12 or 14% of the amount invested for a 6, 9 or 12-year lease commitment.
The "Pinel +" or "Super Pinel" will be maintained in 2024. It entitles you to higher rates provided that certain requirements are met in terms of comfort, habitability and energy performance.
Allowance on land sales
Introduction of an exceptional allowance on the capital gain realized on the sale of a plot of land in a tense area.

The allowance will be a minimum of 60% and may be as high as 75% depending on the case.
